Smoke Cleansing in meditation and rituals is meant to clear your mind.

An open mind gives you space to focus on your meditation to be one with yourself and to perform specific rituals you want to put forth into fruition. This is a practice we use daily to cleanse ourselves and our space from negative elements. You can make this a ritual when starting your day or when you feel the surrounding space needs it. If you would like to follow along with us, you may use the instructions provided on the back. Some prefer to cleanse quietly or in prayer (look for insert). Do what makes you feel most comfortable.
