Angela Kimble, who comes from Coast Salish/Nuu-Cha-Nulth descent, is a member of the Tsawout First Nations in Saanich, BC. As the daughter of the renowned carver Doug La Fortune and Kathleen Horne, Angela grew up in Victoria, BC, where she often helped her father with his artwork, painting carvings and totems. Her early exposure to art inspired her to create her own designs, offering a contemporary perspective on Coast Salish artistry. Angela prefers to draw freehand, mainly on canvas and wood.
Each 6" x 9" card is paired with an envelope and is presented in a protective poly sleeve.
