This charming small mask is the work of legendary Canadian carver Norman John (born 1929). Norman, the son of esteemed carver Jimmy John, hails from the Nootka People (Nuu-Chah-Nulth) Mowachaht of Vancouver Island, Canada.
This exceptionally rare miniature mask features a lovely patina and is in outstanding condition, though its age remains unknown. It measures 5.5" x 3.5" x 2.5".
